[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — junction box not removed from my house

Address: Bangalore, Karnataka

I have been trying to get act to remove the junction box from my house which is utilising my electricity. I have made 4 calls so far and written numerous mails to the customer service team, nobody has come home to remove it. The engineer enters the house premises without our permission and does repair work when someone's internet doesn't work which is illegal. I will be making a police complaint if the engineer enters the house compound without our permission. I want the junction box removed from my house to avoid these situations. But no one from act seems to give a damn. Horrible company with no ethics whatsoever.

How do I share my number? You want me to post my number publicly so that the whole world knows it and calls me? Are you guys out of your mind? This is what I said - this company has no ethics whatsoever and has no intention of addressing a customer's problems at all.

Each and very month 3 to 4 days continuesly there is no net work. If we raised any ticket for that there won't be proper response for 3days after that they will come and solve. I feel uneasy to use henceforth need to discount this network. Please this connect the network and take junction box kept in my home.
