[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — lack of broadband for long time | |||
ACt Fibernet [ atria convergent technolgies] do simply register a compliant on automated method leaving no option to a custmer to speak to any one in customer care/support. if a customer has any internet issue after 7pm or afetr saturday he/she has to wait till next working day to some one to resolve his/her internet issue. Lke a bank they dont care to do anything on sunday. Other holidays also may be. they do not think they are accountable for lack of internet on sunday. This trend must stop as i pay for the services for all the 24X7 for 30 days Was this information helpful? | |||
