[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Late fee charge for prepaid service of act fibernet

Act fibernet is practising to collect late fee charge for prepaid service . I didn't understand how they will charge late fee. What's the meaning of prepaid service . Why they are not parctisinh it strictly ? They wil billed for 1 to 30 or 31 th of a month and they will allow the customer to use upto 15 th of the next month . If customer forgot to repay the bill on or before 15th, they will charge 100 rs as late fee immediately. This is the issue j cant understand properly. Why they are practising like this. Generally for any prepaid service the tenure will be one month, after that they can restrict the service. But here they simply allow the customer for 15 days extra and wait for him if he pays on time or not . If customer didn't paid on that particular day they are ready to add 100rs on next month bill.
So, my sincere request is to reexamine this type practise and follow the original means of prepaid service in their billing.
If anybody facing the same issue plz support and it should be reexamined by act corporation.

I'm also facing the same issue with act fibrenet, we've been using the stater pack of 2999 150mbps speed for 3 months . And after 3 months 150mbps is not required and we decided to reduce the speed and asked for 50mbps after the first 3 months and they said " your account is on due you should pay for 150mpbs and after that we will change to 50 Mbps for the following month" and it continued for 2 months they didn't change the plan . So I disconnected the service, after that they be calling everyday asking for the reconnection and they also offered the 50mbps for and I asked for monthly payment and that too also they said it's available, then after I paid the due of 624rs for 15 days internet and I made a call to them and asked for 50mbps plan for 1 month, and now their saying that it's for only 6 months and not available for one month, why the customer service is so bad in this I don't understand and they also charging 150rs for reactivation like a penalty, what is this!!!
