ACT Fibernet — Loss of connectivity from dec 12th to till date

Right from dec 12th, i lost my net connectivity n raised enough complaints ([protected]) to act. I have a mail chain addressing to nodal officers and appellate officers. Till now the issue has not resolved. Please let me know how to proceed on this regard and if you need further details kindly convey the same. Account i'd is[protected].
