[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Making false update and ignoring customer after certain point of time | |||||
I registered a ticket no:[protected] on 28th september 2016 with beam cable. They ignored the case completely. I called them more than 8 times after registering complaint but they did not shown any interest in it. Even their executive did not call me for update. They keep on saying that it would be resolved in 24 hours. Even after 72 hours they did not make any progress or call. They have not good support once you will take connection from them.
