[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Misbehavior from CC team and ignorance to complaint

Hi Team,
I am an existing customer of beam. Since last 3 days am facing Internet issue. Yesterday around 9 AM I register the complain and requested to resolve. Again by 12 O'clock again I called to CC and updated that I can't be available on Friday and requested to resolve the issue by yesterday only. At both the calls your executives are assured that technician will visit by yesterday which not happened.
Again today I called and call is escalated to Mr. Mahesh (from Escalation team). He told me that technician team is updating that there is issue with main set top box at my area. I told him that your technician is lying as there is Internet with other customers in my apartment and also no one from Beam visited my location. After this he told that this issue will take uncertain time and I can send mail to management if am not satisfied with the answer.
Please let me know is this is the right approach to behave the customer. I am bringing this to your knowledge and believe you people will take immediate action.
