I purchased ACT internet plan on 4th Sep. 300MBPS plan for 6months (1 month Free).
1. I already have a Router but it is basic one. The Sales Executive and Installation guy said that we can try with the Router i have and if it is not upto the mark, I can raise a change request and instead of 1 Month Free they will give me a Free Router.
2. Also, if i am dissatisfied with the service there is a trial period within which i can cancel the plan and they reimburse the whole amount.
I am not getting proper speed. The speed i am getting is 3MBPS. Now when i asked them to provide me a Router instead of the Free Month, they are not accepting.
So, I am asking them to cancel the plan since it is only 1 day (Sep 5th), they are saying there is no option to cancel or no such thing called Trial period.
On top if it, when i asked the Customer Executive 'Shahjahan' to transfer the call to higher authority so that i can request, he is denying it and saying there is not process to cancel.
