ACT Fibernet — missguided and service not provided | |||
One of act fibernet service representative (Balaji) visited my permises on march 9th to see the feasibility of service and just left without providing confirmation on service availability. Balaji then returned on march 24th stating the service is now available in your area and we can provide immediate connection to your residence. Later he said we cannot provide free router or installation for the basic package and i was forced to take the next higher package for free installation service. Balaji insisted to take the higher package initially and then he would later downgrade the service to lesser package. With that assurance, balaji took a payment of inr 1132.00 on march 24th and is yet to give connection until today. Called the customer service to escalate the issue and to cancel my subscription request. The employee was only interested in cancelling my service and wasn't ready to listen or even take my complaint. Then i asked to speak to a supervisor, my call was placed on hold and later disconnected without any response. Was this information helpful? | |||
