i was signed off on act page n switched main router off on 29/11/15, n left my house they were no people at my house from said date to 4/12/15, when i returned on 4 dec i singed in act login page i was shocked the usage was showing 16.80 GB, consumed.i called customber care n informed about tis on 4 dec, i reg complant till 7 dec no action was taken i again called customer care on 7 dec, they said d problem will be solver by 24 hr, but till the date i mailed around four mail to helpdesk no mail or call i recived yet, i got last night mess from act care that my fup have reached the 100 % limit, now tel me wt shall i tel about this company the internet usage is running without the router n also with out singed in logging page which was singed out from 29/11/15 till now, this company is bluffing people by saying incredible speed.i am saying incredible mis guide of people money in incredible way, has i have been not using the internet from so many day i was unable to do my business from my place due this bluff company i lost thousand of rupees, now i need wt ever i lost due to this bluff company, we or not fool to get bluff lik this so i will take all major step to prove them,
