[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Modem does not support the speed promised
Hi, My name is Nithya. We got this plan suggested by the ACT sales team when we were looking for a new internet connection. He suggested 75 Mbps speed for 3 months, I paid 2348 rs as a package for 3 months, right from the firat week I had loads of issues with the speed of the net... When checked the speed was a max of 30 mbps on this router I placed a complaint on the 11th of december 2021 and ever since till date my issue has not been addressed Or resolved, I have sent nore than 16 emails I only get automated response, when I call the customer service they say ill get a call back from the supervisor but no one calls, I only once got a chance to speak to the team leader her name was Divya and she said she will call me back in 1 hour about 8 days back but no response till date, THE MODEM THAT U GUYS GAVE DOES NOT SUPPORT A SPEED OF 75 MBPS, it only supports SPEED OF 30 MBPS Max, this was tested by one of the engineers who visited my house and he also spoke to the customer service agents, and the customer service agents are not helpful at all, they place my call on hold and then disconnect my call. Kindly help and resolve my issue, its an ongoing issue
