I raised a request for a new connection of ACT Fiber net, one of their executive came to collect documents and took the payment for three months and said i will the get new connection in 2days.after two days i started calling him and he is not reachable, and at last i was able to connect and asked asked about my connection he said he will do by EOD .after sometime i again called him and then now he is saying that address proof is missing in the documents and asked for the aadhar card or rental agreement. i said i don't have both he said he will get back to me after some time.
i was trying to call him from the next day and evening he lifted the call and said that connection cannot be provided because of no aadhar card.
i then called the customer care and explained the same thing, customer care executive said that i can give a declaration saying that i dont have a aadhar card. now i again called the executive and said what customer care has told me now this executive says that customer care people are wrong .
the executive earlier asked me the documents which i provided and after collecting the documents and payment he never called me.i used to call him for everything Was this information helpful? |
