I paid an amount of Rs. 2, 031 for 3 months broad band connection on 7-10-20. I was told that the service will be reconnected in 48 hours. But it was not happened. I called on 10th, 12th and 14 th to the call center. Every time it was told that, there is no port but we can extend the connection in 24 hours. But this was also not done. No call from any body from ACT. Every time i have to wait min. 30 min. to get the ACT call center. Which kills my time.
I reqeusted the call center to escalate the call. He said it need one hour. I asked him to cancel my request and refund the money. Was this information helpful? |
