[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — my act account *suspended* for no reason | |||
My act fibernet account has been *suspended* for the last 2 day for no reason. I've paid my dues in time.. The suspension is an error on your part as you did the billing for my old plan as well as the new plan simultaneously. You botched up during the plan change for my account.
