[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Name Change | |||
I have asked for to change the name of my account with ACT Fibernet to my sons name which hardly should take 10 seconds for them. On their part there will be no wire change, box change etc. They never even need to come to my house to do anything. For the name change if they need documents I can upload it or their representative can collect it or I can even post it. But without doing anything they disconnected my internet connection and my calls to the customer care fell on deaf ears and I got the reconnection nearly after 20 hours without they changing the name. In this regard there were multiple emails but they are so confused guys they don't know the actual procedure of how to go about with the name changing which is a very simple thing. I have asked for name change but they are sending email asking for the new address where the internet has to be shifted, such is their knowledge of working.
