Since the ACT internet was not working reliably, I had requested for cancellation of broadband on 1st August 2020. Got the reference number `SR[protected]`. I had been then contacted (phone call) on 4th August by ACT team and understood the request and said the disconnection team will contact you soon regarding refund bank details. On 7th Aug, the plan was deactivated.
No one called me. Even though they say, it will be resolved within 7 days, it took 15 days. But I didn't complain much because of covid, and just contacted customer care to know why wasn't I contacted even after 7 days. Then got an sms and email to submit bank details on 15th Aug 2020. I visited the web page and submitted my bank account details on the same day.
Got an SMS that complaint is resolved for refund on 20th Aug, but didn't get the refund.
It's been around 4 and a half months since then. I have contacted on customer care and by email dozens of times. No reply on emails, whatsoever. Most of the times on customer care(like 10/12 times), the call gets cut just when my turn comes after waiting in queue for long time.
Even when the call connects, the customer care executive says, please wait for 7 more days, each and every time. Even though I explain to them that I have been waiting for so long.
I still hope my complaint will be resolved through this portal. Attached are some screenshots of SMS received.
