This complaint about act Fibernet i book the complaint about my router set up to customer care . technical person came to my home and there damage router in front of me ie software vanished after all with some arguments there said i will handle it to dlink company sir after i follow up at last there ans please collect it your router from dlink so i collected and called him i brought the router please can you came and set up now here there shows attitude call to customer care raise the complaint that too i done it but when i asked customer care regarding this issue i want to escalate to higher level even thought no use without solving issue there will close the ticket ... we r middle class family i don't know whom do i contact to solve the problem please help me out sir

    I requested for a cancellation of connection and the agent who took the request mentioned that I will get refund for the rest of the month. The connection was cancelled the very next day but I never received refund. I sent email to appellate authority and received a response that I won't receive any refund. However, this is in contradiction to what the agent who took cancellation request promised. They seem to ignore that fact and also failed to provide any proof of 0 refunds in their terms and conditions. Is this legal for a provider to not refund when connection is cancelled mid-month? Also, since it is their agents mistake, them refusing to issue refund is plain non-sense. If their agent made it clear, I wont receive any refund, I would have cancelled it at the end of the term.

      Cheating with Bills and zero connectivity

      I requested for net connection for new location, they charged me 826 Rs bill and I paid. But no one supporting me for connectivity. And in invoice it's clearly showing bill is 826 Rs, but they told me they is no extra charges only 10 days bill. Now they are saying 400 Rs for shifting and and rest is net bill and again they said now there is extra 246 payment I need to pay. It's really shocking to me with amount they are Generating bills and...

      Hi,

      I made a payment on august 15th 2020. Subscribed for 3 months. rs.4306(Included Installation charges).
      I had a very bad experience with ACT service. I have raised shifting request on 1st September 2020 and the person came my location and confirmed there is no feasibility for connection on 10th September 2020. Then they disconnected the request on 16th September 2020. From that day to till now I'm waiting for my refund amount of rs.2482. After more follow-up's, Finally the Person came and collected the router and gave Acknowledgement on Dec 9th 2020. Every single day I used to call the customer care for refund simply the person raised/escalate the ticket and without our confirmation they will close the ticket. I have all the proofs with me. Then the billing team one person called me and she asked me to send router returned acknowledgement to email shifting.[protected]@actcorp.in. I did that also.
      Today as usual I have called customer service to enquire about the refund status, the executive said your amount has been credited on Dec 12th 2020. I said no I didn't received yet. then he asked me to send my bank statement to email tnfinance.[protected]@incredible.actcorp.in. Again I called customer executive another executive spoke to me he said drop the call mam I said I didn't get any solution or proper response from your side then he cut his call. Is this is the way your treat your Customer??? I'm begging for my money not your money. Already I lost my patience. I have all the proofs with me. Now I decided to go consumer court and complaint against ACT FIBERNET . Rs.2482 is big amount for me I don't know how about for act fibernet.

      Below proofs I have with me,

      1. All the customer Service & billing team voice records (More than 25 executive records)
      2. Follow up emails
      3. Router Acknowledgement
      4. Bank statement
      5. WhatsApp messages

      I will post this in social media and let ACT Corp will face it. My suggestion is think twice before you're going with ACT FIBERNET I mean if your planned to go with ACT probably you won't get your money back for sure, customer service response was highly poor. Worst service ever. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!

            Name Change

            I have asked for to change the name of my account with ACT Fibernet to my sons name which hardly should take 10 seconds for them.

            On their part there will be no wire change, box change etc. They never even need to come to my house to do anything.

            For the name change if they need documents I can upload it or their representative can collect it or I can even post it.

            But without doing anything they...

            This complaint is being raised by Mr. SAI KUMAR RAYAVARAPU on 18 December 2020. I raised new connection enquiry on 15 December 2020 at ACT Broadband Digital Portal. A sales executive visited my location explained their plans. I made payment for the 6 months plan in advance on 16 December 2020 11:22 AM. They stated that my connection will be granted and activated with in 48 hours. I requested him to make it quick since I'm having lot work to do. The very same day technician reached my location tried to sort this out but he failed to convince the existing customer. So he asked me that he need to shift the broadband setup(more likely HUB) to my location and I agreed, he assured me that my connection will be established and activated by 17 December 2020 evening. But I haven't received any response from them. I tried to contact the sales executive, technician and customer care executive multiple times. But no use except my work frustration. As per now I was able to communicate with CC executive, and from this afternoon onwards all my calls are being ignored by the Sales executive and the area technician. Is this is the assurance that ACT Broadband trying to provide to its customers?

              I had ACT Fibernet connection from a long time. Due to internet service related issues I had recently requested for disconnection is service. ACT usually takes advance payment of rental. I had raised multiple tickets whenever the internet service was down and had requested for refund of amount pertaining to the days when the service was down. They had even processed my refund request and as per their communication, I was supposed to receive the refund within 7 working days. But I didn't receive the refund even after 21 days. When I followed up with ACT today, they are saying they can't refund the amount. This is a clear case of cheating the customers. They have taken the money/rental amount in advance and didn't provide the service as per agreement. In addition to this they are refusing to refund the amount. Please help me to get a resolution for the same.

                I have frequent disconnection of internet and will have to manage without internet for more than 2-3 days. On a average internet speed that I recieve is 5-6 mbs where I pay 1500rupees for 250mbps speed. Every time I call the customer service they say issue will be fixed within 24 hrs and they close the complaint without any resolution

                  I have been waiting for my refund for almost 2 months.whenever i call your ACT customer service team, they say different stories everytime when I called them .

                  On November 15th when i called ACT customer service team they said that RS 1999 has been charged for wifi router. (which nobody informed that i have to return router when cancelling the service )

                  On 30th November someone from ACT came and got the router at my residence and gave me a receipt . I called customer service and informed them about it.
                  till now the changes have not been done from ACT .

                  I have called 50 times and given false promise
                  I have sent emails multiple times still im not getting resolution

                  Things to do:

                  1.Add 1999 to my refund amount. ( router charges has to be removed from my last invoice)

                  2.transfer my refund amount : RS 11, 397.29 to the bank account . Simple!!!

                    I shifted to a new property and i received a message to fill a form for best deal to reconnect the services.i got a call from an agent kiran and he offered me free relocation and thats the reason i took the connection again.kiran has not left any notes on the account.and the complaint keep getting closed stating its not possible to waive the charge.its 10.30pm on 16/12/20 now, i spoke to an agent revathi and asked for a manager, she placed me on hold for 5 min and disconnected the call.i called again and spoke to nimitha and this agent spoke very rudely and kept on arguing over the phone and while talking she disconnected the call.again i called back and spoke to shikha, even she placed me on hold and while explaining even she disconnected the call.if this is how act company is gaining customers connection why would you do fake promises.today my services will be disconnected.will be posting this compliant on social media platforms as well and how well the agents are trained to disconnect customer calls.

                          I had an earlier ACT connection[protected] which was terminated in march 2020 since I have moved to a new location and ACT was not available in my new location. However in Nov ACT started their services in my new location and I raised a new connection request. ACT automatically activated my old connection and started billing me without even providing me an active connection. I am yet to get a connection, but ACT is continuing to invoice me even after multiple follow-ups.

                              I raised a complaint # SR[protected] in October 2020, but till now no action has been taken to remove the setup box in my house. I have been following up on the complaint from last 3 months almost 15 times but till now no action has been taken. I want to raise this issue in consumer forum.

                                No proper service provided when I tried to disconnect my broadband connection. I have been using broadband wifi sevice for past 3 years. I raised a request to disconnect as I am relocating and I don't have Act Fibernet service in that place. An executive called me and asked for the details. I requested him to disconnect from Dec 20 but instead he disconnected the service on Dec 8. The worst part is when I contacted the customer service to reactivate they said like the last executive to whom I spoke and asked to deactivate has entered comments like he was not able to reach me and so he disconnected. They also asked me to pay for reactivating the service I.e. I need to pay for the mistake they committed. I didn't expect such a response from ACT.

                                    @ACTFibernet Act is one of the Worst service ever i have seen till now. Its been 15days i made the payment for 3month plan, till now the connection is not yet done.

                                    Got 100’s of calls while applying for new connection, but now not even a single update from your side.One of your ACT agent (Lochan [protected]) called me and confirmed the feasibility of network in my location, but now you people say their are issues with ground line. Seriously you guys are testing our patience.

                                    Act team called and informed me that i will get call from installation team within today(dated 14/12/2020). But No call nor response from ACT INDIA till now.
                                    Atleast please refund my money back. I'll be very thankful.
