I have frequent disconnection of internet and will have to manage without internet for more than 2-3 days. On a average internet speed that I recieve is 5-6 mbs where I pay 1500rupees for 250mbps speed. Every time I call the customer service they say issue will be fixed within 24 hrs and they close the complaint without any resolution

    I have been waiting for my refund for almost 2 months.whenever i call your ACT customer service team, they say different stories everytime when I called them .

    On November 15th when i called ACT customer service team they said that RS 1999 has been charged for wifi router. (which nobody informed that i have to return router when cancelling the service )

    On 30th November someone from ACT came and got the router at my residence and gave me a receipt . I called customer service and informed them about it.
    till now the changes have not been done from ACT .

    I have called 50 times and given false promise
    I have sent emails multiple times still im not getting resolution

    Things to do:

    1.Add 1999 to my refund amount. ( router charges has to be removed from my last invoice)

    2.transfer my refund amount : RS 11, 397.29 to the bank account . Simple!!!

      I shifted to a new property and i received a message to fill a form for best deal to reconnect the services.i got a call from an agent kiran and he offered me free relocation and thats the reason i took the connection again.kiran has not left any notes on the account.and the complaint keep getting closed stating its not possible to waive the charge.its 10.30pm on 16/12/20 now, i spoke to an agent revathi and asked for a manager, she placed me on hold for 5 min and disconnected the call.i called again and spoke to nimitha and this agent spoke very rudely and kept on arguing over the phone and while talking she disconnected the call.again i called back and spoke to shikha, even she placed me on hold and while explaining even she disconnected the call.if this is how act company is gaining customers connection why would you do fake promises.today my services will be disconnected.will be posting this compliant on social media platforms as well and how well the agents are trained to disconnect customer calls.

            I had an earlier ACT connection[protected] which was terminated in march 2020 since I have moved to a new location and ACT was not available in my new location. However in Nov ACT started their services in my new location and I raised a new connection request. ACT automatically activated my old connection and started billing me without even providing me an active connection. I am yet to get a connection, but ACT is continuing to invoice me even after multiple follow-ups.

                Hi All

                I raised a complaint # SR[protected] in October 2020, but till now no action has been taken to remove the setup box in my house. I have been following up on the complaint from last 3 months almost 15 times but till now no action has been taken. I want to raise this issue in consumer forum.

                  No proper service provided when I tried to disconnect my broadband connection. I have been using broadband wifi sevice for past 3 years. I raised a request to disconnect as I am relocating and I don't have Act Fibernet service in that place. An executive called me and asked for the details. I requested him to disconnect from Dec 20 but instead he disconnected the service on Dec 8. The worst part is when I contacted the customer service to reactivate they said like the last executive to whom I spoke and asked to deactivate has entered comments like he was not able to reach me and so he disconnected. They also asked me to pay for reactivating the service I.e. I need to pay for the mistake they committed. I didn't expect such a response from ACT.

                      @ACTFibernet Act is one of the Worst service ever i have seen till now. Its been 15days i made the payment for 3month plan, till now the connection is not yet done.

                      Got 100’s of calls while applying for new connection, but now not even a single update from your side.One of your ACT agent (Lochan [protected]) called me and confirmed the feasibility of network in my location, but now you people say their are issues with ground line. Seriously you guys are testing our patience.
                      ACT Fibernet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      Act team called and informed me that i will get call from installation team within today(dated 14/12/2020). But No call nor response from ACT INDIA till now.
                      Atleast please refund my money back. I'll be very thankful.

                        Registered for a new BB connection and was assured by the sales representative that they had service in my locality and I made the payment the same day. There was no contact from them for 4 days after which I had to call the customer care 2 times for them to get back to me the 7th day telling me that connection is not possible in my locality and please wait for 5 more days to INITIATE refund.

                            Since the ACT internet was not working reliably, I had requested for cancellation of broadband on 1st August 2020. Got the reference number `SR[protected]`. I had been then contacted (phone call) on 4th August by ACT team and understood the request and said the disconnection team will contact you soon regarding refund bank details. On 7th Aug, the plan was deactivated.
                            No one called me. Even though they say, it will be resolved within 7 days, it took 15 days. But I didn't complain much because of covid, and just contacted customer care to know why wasn't I contacted even after 7 days. Then got an sms and email to submit bank details on 15th Aug 2020. I visited the web page and submitted my bank account details on the same day.
                            Got an SMS that complaint is resolved for refund on 20th Aug, but didn't get the refund.
                            It's been around 4 and a half months since then. I have contacted on customer care and by email dozens of times. No reply on emails, whatsoever. Most of the times on customer care(like 10/12 times), the call gets cut just when my turn comes after waiting in queue for long time.
                            Even when the call connects, the customer care executive says, please wait for 7 more days, each and every time. Even though I explain to them that I have been waiting for so long.

                            I still hope my complaint will be resolved through this portal. Attached are some screenshots of SMS received.

                            Allow us some time to look into the issue and get back to you with an update
                            I had terminated my ACT account that I had availed from Feb 2020 to Apr 2020. The ACT team had received my router on 30th Jan 2021 which is Rs 8000 and said I should receive refund in 10 days. So far I have been keep on sending emails and there are lot of SRs raised and 3 of which listed below
                            So far no response. Hope they respond sooner.

                              The ACT fibernet connection that I took out a year ago offers the worst possible internet service.
                              I have complained endlessly about the poor range in other rooms.
                              The technical engineers do not respond properly nor keep you informed if they refuse to do the work.
                              All they care about is closing the ticket and not doing the work. They said that the ticket raised by their customer care team was not the right category and asked me to raise another one. I DO NOT CHOOSE THE CATEGORY! The customer care raises on behalf of me and they refuse to change the category internally. They delay the process simply by raising another ticket. The engineers close the ticket without resolution too. SR[protected] They have closed the same ticket which was reopened without resolution

                                  I have raised complaints through email's but the authorities are steadfast in not compensating me for their deficiency of services and negligence in disconnecting and reconnecting my internet services.

                                  I am readying to file a case in a consumer court of law. If others who read this message have been subjected to deficiency of services against Act Fibernet we can join hands and file complaint jointly to claim damages and compensation for injuries suffered and for deficiency of service committed by the company.

                                      Hi, this is Abdul Rizwan Shaik,

                                      Actually I have installed ACT broadband with 6months package.. it’s around 4064rs.. and I have the bill of 6months as well..

                                      Actually I have to claim those amount in my current working company.
                                      So, my manager is rejecting this claim due to this high budget(4064rs).. he is suggesting me to bring one month payment bill.. not for 6months..

                                      So, is there any possible for these 6months pack bill can divide into separate 1-1month bill?

                                      Then its comes around 677rs per month.

                                      I have requested to (helpdesk.[protected]@actcorp.in), but they ignored as (we are unable to provide monthly bills.)

                                      I’m hardly requesting you please do help in this, it will very very helpful for me to claim. else i have to loose my money.(4064rs)

                                      Hope you understand my situation and do best for this.

                                        As per your kind information i Gultaj f a new arrival customer to ACT connection is not satisfied with your service .the payment for the plan and installations has sent on sunday on 6th of december but the persons they call for installations and are delaying daily and its not been installed till today as on 10.12.2020 we are missing all our meetings and if we are calling to them no body are responding to it, kindly look at the issue and further dont expect any referral from our side
