[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Name Correction

I have submitted my proof at the time of taking internet connection. I have given the aadhar proof where my name was correctly updated. But the ACT fibernet Team wrongly updated my name and I asked to correct the name as per the proof which I have given earlier.But now they are saying that there will be charges for the name correction.Kindly help as there is no mistake from my end

I have requested for name change and they have created the subject as Disconnection request
