[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — need help with my service request: [protected] & [protected] | |||||
I have raised couple of tickets to get my act fibernet connection shifted. The shifting is inside the same apartment/same floor, only to next door. I am shifting from door no 309 to door no 310. All the internal wiring is completed and ready to be connected, still act people are not responding to this request. I have written to apellate authority & nodal officers multiple times, but no use of that as i did not get any response from them. Initially they told it is not feasible to have act fibernet in my area, which is false as i have act in door no 309 and needed to be shifted to door no 310. One person from act sales team came home and told me that shifting will take nearly 1 month and told me to take a new connection instead, which is again misleading.
