I've paid Rs: 354/- for flexBytes+ on August 19th 2020 for 100 GB from web browser through selfcare.actcorp.in and that transaction via Google pay was successful. I've contact CUSTOMER support after some time and they informed that amount was not reflecting under the account and they told me to wait for 24 hours and there was no update on it. Then later I've paid Rs: 142/- again for 20GB from Act mobile app and it was successful. And then on August 20th 2020, I've contacted support again and they told me to wait for 72 hours (which is like ###) to check for the payment info. I've got no time for this and I need my total refund asap back to my account.
And I need 50GB of flexBytes+ at free of cost for this inconvenience as well as my money.
