[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Need new connection

I have requested ACTCorp over customer care phone number for new connection at my apartment 16-4-32, Talibkhundmiri Road, Malakpet, Hyd - 24. After multiple calls to the customer care hotline. i received a call from ACT official (phone number: [protected]) just to be informed that he is not to concerned person and he will sms the contact number of the concerned person, which is ([protected]) since 2 days i have been trying to get in touch with the concerned person but the phone is switched off. When i called the customer care of ACT corp. I was simply asked to complain to the nodal office through email at [protected]@actcorp.in I am not sure if i should be struggling to get internet connection from ACT fiber. However, i request the concern authorities to look into the matter and do the needful. my phone number [protected].
