I have applied for new internet connection from Beam fiber in hyderabad on 6th June, 2014 and immediately the technical team has arrived at my house to collect the payment of Rs.1672/- and assured me the connection in 48 hrs and has given me the receipt with A/c. no.733936. They have installed the cable also the next day., ie. on 7th June. Thats the end of their service. From that day on wards i am keep on calling to the customer care every day min. 3 to 4 days to enquire about my connection. The same story follows that they will rectify the problem in 24 hrs and give the connection. I have fed up with their service and requested for cancellation of the new connection on 16th June, so that i can apply for internetservice from other operators. Still there is no response. I am just fed up and there are no other numbers to contact the higher ups. When ever I call the customer care, they issue a ticket no.s. 12603280, 12638167, and these nos are keep on issuing on SMS. I have incurred more than 200 rs just on phone calls as each call costs 3rs. for their service.
If they cannot handle the service, please refund my money, and let me take connection from other operators.
