Charan from ACT Kees calling irrespective of time - be it early morning or 9:30 in the night. Asking to confirm if he can send agent for document collection. Agents say they are on their way. They suggest to take Blaze connection when we wanted only swift connection. Agent doesn’t turn up because we are not ready to take up what they are offering. Charan will then call to say documents can be uploaded and payments done online but he too sends payment like for Blaze and not swift. They forced us to take their router. We refused router too. These people are cheats. They force you to take the connection of their choice if not they will not provide service. Was this information helpful? | |
