[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — new connection installation not done and no refund

I have made payment for the new connection 22nd march 2020 and till now there is no reply from them

I called up customer care service and email them as well there is no reply from them

Today I got a reply date : 6th April 2020 that I didn't do any payment and there is no registration on your name or number

I received msg from act that my payment is confirmed and soon executive will contact me

I'm attaching all the proofs here
