[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — New Connection not able to get - Installation Delay | |||
I'm omnkar my mobile number is [protected], staying at KR Puram, I paid 1675RS for Act new connection on 13th Sep 2014. The sales Repr named Mr.Manjunath his mobile is [protected] told that within 5 days I can get the connection, as he committed, I was supposed get connection on or before 18th Sep 2014, but I tried to reach him from last 5 days, but he was not picking up the phone, today he pickup the call and given another person named Mr.Vijay his mobile [protected] and he said that In KR Puram Act connection wire has got breakage, we are fixing it, so it will take time, so I should wait for another 30 days.
