ACT Fibernet — new connection not installed after 6th day

I have applied for new broadband connection on[protected] and shared appropriate documents and paid 6 months package. Sales guy committed for 2 days to installation as i requested next day but agreed as per his time. Twice got message from act for new connection installation team assigned and once got message dispute in payment. Later yesterday got message that assigned to installation team. Till now no one came or called for the same. When reached call centre they are telling that they are useless to call in polite way and again telling will resolve in 48 hrs. Also got update from them that documents verified and logged for installation on 6th of feb. Act sales guy has uploaded the documents on 1st but verification on 6th means what kind of process it is and i have applied for only broadband connection. If this is not taken care today else let them repay the money with compensation.
