[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — new connection not installed | |||
I have opted for new ACT connection on 11sep 2018. The representative from ACT assured me of connection within 3 days. But it been 10 days and still no connection. The customer care is repeteadly giving false information. They are giving false claims such as fiber wire is soaked in rains, engineer is on leave, person not available in that area. Customer care executive giving phone number of the person whom the task is allocated but the executive is not picking the phone Was this information helpful? | |||
