I made a new connection request after making a payment. I got a call from their I installation team and told me that it is not feasible in your area. When I am asking for my refund they cut my call.. Then I called customer care and asked about refund process the told me that they will connect me with their Sales team. So I waited for half honour but no body picks the calls. It happen more than three times. And some how i connected to sales team at last. But they saying I need to talk to installation team.. So I don't whom o have to contact now. can I get refund?? What is the process do I need to follow..
