[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — New installation not yet done | |||
Hi, I paid for new connection on 25 August till now no technician called or visited yet. I have called to customer care 100 of times they said will arrange call back from technician in 4 hours that call also I didn't get but now escalation department worst people disconnecting my call. I want to know why I didn't get call or service from team.. Firstly I war very irrated because of escalation team of disconnecting my call. Is that team know their work I want to resolve my issue within 24 hours Was this information helpful? | |||
