[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no backup for junction box for years | |||
Whenever power goes off, internet goes off in vijaywada. Only recently it came to realisation that act is cheating big time on its consumers by not providing the backup to junction box. When requested, they say its in middle of the billing cycle, we can't provide. And on further request, they close the complaint saying it's provided but in reality nothing added etc. This is a big time cheating to it's consumers. Dont believe in act and it's ccustomer care. If we dont pay the bill, they disconnect services in a day. So why the reverse penalty is not there. May not be immediately with 1 day, but why not even after years?? These guys should be penalised.
