ACT broadband services (Customer ID:[protected] have been down since 12th December 2016 (Monday), due to cyclone Vardah. I contacted customer care on 16th December 2016 (Friday) to know when broadband services would be restored. The customer care representative assured me services would be restored by 19th December (Monday) evening. I contacted customer care on 20th December regarding status of repairs. They replied it would take additional 3 - 4 days. I contacted customer care on 23rd December again. They again replied it would take 2 more days since although services were active from their side since December 21st, local network box was down. They closed a ticket (ID: [protected]). raised on 19th December, on 22nd December without solving the problem. I again contacted on 26th December and the same above mentioned reason. I contacted today (30th December) and the representative told me it would be restored by 5th January 2017. The customer care representatives refuse to provide additional details, current status of "progress" or contact details of service engineers. This shows your professionalism. I haven't encountered such pathetic services from anyone till now. Please shut down your pathetic business if you cant provide services. Expect strict legal action for your callousness and nonchalant attitude towards customers if I don't get my broadband restored latest by tomorrow (31st December).
