I applied for new broadband connection on 25th Nov 2014, even after 10 days no one bothered to call me, I don't no the status of the application now.

when I tried calling your sales executive he is not picking the call, please explain me what is the status of it. When I called your customer care they don't have a clue of my application,
I tried calling your customer care more than 10 times, everyone gave me some excuses. Last time I spoke to one of your customer care executive "chandrasekar", he gave me one request number 1861152, he also told I will get call after 30 minutes, but did not get call.
