ACT Fibernet — No connection after payment | |||
I applied for ACT fibernet and paid the money by Jan 5th 2015. I was informed that I would be getting the connection within 7 working days. There was no response from ACT for the next 7 days and I called customer support many times. I was not given any proper help or support. On the 9th day one guy came and fitted one box. Then again no response from these cheaters. Now I am thinking of cancelling the application and refund. But they are not attending my calls now. Can someone help me with this?
