ACT Fibernet — no connection and update on ticket since last 3 days

My name is sayyed tosif and opened a ticket with act since last 3 day's without any update and resolution technicians are pathetic and worse than cementary.

No follow up no update not a single call back from customer care a services good as there techncians.
