My internet is not working for last 1 day from 01.07.16 and there is no customer care to respond my calls. customer care line is busy. My bill is Rs. 1200+ every month. I request to compensate the loss of work and days in internet in bill. Last time they assured me that customer service would be taken care but no improvement. Request to register a complaint on this.
