[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — No Connectivity for past 2 weeks

Hi ACT team,

My user ID is[protected]. I am residing at sembakkam and I do not have connectivity for the past 2 weeks . I have so far raised 3 tickets but the only reply I get is that we are facing some technical issues in vengaivasal server.
It is already 2 weeks and the latest reply from you is that it will take 1 more week to resolve. I still do not understand that how can a technical issue be unresolved for past 2 weeks.
I have spent 1000rs for my mobile data now and you people have sent me a message asking me to pay this months bill.
I am planning to surrender my connection and will strongly advice my friends against going for ACT connection

It is 3 weeks now and my connection is not restored yet. Please don't say that you server is down. There is no way that someone runs a business with their servers down for 3 weeks. There 3 to 4 people in my street using ACT and they too face the same issue... Please don't call me up and say the same reason.. Is this how you treat a customer.. I am planning to sue you guys in the consumer court, you people take common man for granted.
