[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no discount on the internet bill[protected] even if act junction box taking power from my meter | |||
My account number is[protected]. Last time when i raised an issue for internet connectivity the technician came asked me to take power for the act junction box. He also told me that every month rs 100 will be discounted from my bill. I got the bill, but i did not get any discount on my bill. I request, please provide discount on my bill as soon as possible. I have also tried multiple times to contact act customer care & also e-mailed them. After multiple times also there is no response from them. They are not at all taking this seriously.
