[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no installation yet | |||
Hello there, i have registered for the new connection on feb 2nd and today is feb 14 still no technician has called yet for installation, what kind of service is this? . I have called customer care more than 10 times and they just give ans as 24 hours. You think we are some kind of joke to you? I have already gave permission of installing the box in our bulding, but evertime customer care says we are looking to place the box in the area. I dont understand, whn i already gave the permission to install in our building, why the hell you guys are giving lame reasons? Was this information helpful? | |||
