Worst network and bad customer service.
I am not having internet connection from 12 pm 23/09/2020 till now. Its been more than 24 hrs no internet connection.
I have taken connection on 12th sept by paying 6 months plan.
So far 5 times i made calls to customer care, all are saying like sir server down, wire might have cut somewhere, we ll resolve shortly shortly..
So far no one called me from your side. Whenever i call customer care, u guys disconnecting my call..
Better you guys close ur business and sit at home.
Why the hell you guys are coming to market to sell internet services.
Waste of money.. Waste of time..
If i ask for disconnection and refund, you are saying 3 days for request taking.. Then this charge.. That charge.. Why are you so cheap and making loss for me.
Now itself no one responding me, if i give disconnection request, u ll never respond me and cheat my money. Was this information helpful? |
