Complaint marked as Resolved They solved the issue from their own end...the company has not provided any details of resolution.
the only info that came when i raised the ticket is as folows:
"We have identified that one of the link switches has lost connectivity.
we have taken your request in this regard! Please be sure we are working towards giving you a quick resolution"
All i can say is the resolution was definitely not quick..
customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
