[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — no internet connection for the past 96 hrs... even after multiple complaints

Address:Alwal,opp Loyola Degree college, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500010

On 13 nov the internet in alwal area, hyderabad, telangana went down.. As of
16 november this issue has still not been resolved despite a ticket being raised.

Further i am not being informed of any progress on the ticket and the "customer service" is not answering my calls.

I want this issue t be resolved at the earliest.

They solved the issue from their own end...the company has not provided any details of resolution. the only info that came when i raised the ticket is as folows: "We have identified that one of the link switches has lost connectivity. we have taken your request in this regard! Please be sure we are working towards giving you a quick resolution" All i can say is the resolution was definitely not quick..
customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

there is TRAI rule ( in the " Quality of service Broadband Service Regulations  2006")  that says that no customer should  have more than  15 hrs downtime a month...

operator: it may take even more time...maybe more than 24 hours

me : you want me to disconnect the connection...

operator : its completely upto you

this is ACT's so called Customer service...towards a unhappy customer..they just dont care about "Customer service"

just to record...they have been "Forwarding the request to the concerned team" for the past 2 days...no one seems to be coming...

the issue was resolved at 1pm yesterday...

Hope i can have uninterrupted service from next time and issues are addressed on-time with proper updates on the tickets...
