Hi,
I have raised a complaint on 25th may 2019 ticket number sr[protected]. Event after 5 days there is no internet connection. And no one is receiving any calls or always getting busy tone in the call center numbers [protected] and [protected] provided in the website https://www.actcorp.in/customer-care.
I have paid for 6 months of service in advance and there is no internet from 5 days or frequent disconnection. Please return my payment and i would like to go with other service providers rather than no internet.

Updated by Manuvishwanath This is the worst experience ever. The router itself is faulty that to with in the warranty period. the line man who came to fix the issue told as it is with in warranty he will replace. have not heard from him till date. I requested for a call back in the Ticket number SR[protected]. where i have mentioned that the Router is faulty. The call center person told that it must be replaced and gave the above ticket number.
now when i call the customer care they are telling i must raise request for replacement(the line engineer who came to fix told he will replace no need of ticket, Above ticket is just for call back????). Why will they take ticket details as Faulty Router and not take replacement ticket. what kind of service is this? and that replacement will take 3 days more. what kind of information are you guys passing around.
THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE ARE ALSO SO RUDE, THEY THINK THEY ARE DOING A FAVOR TO US BY TAKING THE COMPLAINT
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS INTERNET PROVIDER TO ANY ONE.
