[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — No internet connection - new connection | |||
I am customer of Act for 2 years. Now i took new connection again (CAF No. 516731) and paid 6 months advance. Now it is been 9 days since i didn't got the connection where i was told that within 2 days connection will be installed and ready to use. Calling customer care for past 3 day and they always say, your documents are under process, please give us 24 hours and it will be installed. Not sure how they are dealing. Very bad, i am completely unsatisfied with their service. Was this information helpful? | |||
