[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — No internet connection worst customer service - new connection | |||||
My name is jayaseelan i am a resident of west tambaram, chennai. I subscribed to a new act connection on thursday16th feb 2017 (New account connection id:[protected]. The connection was working 2 days only (Thursday and friday) after that connection not working. I informed customer care many times whenever call them they simply told "please unplug the cable and put it again" over 30 times per day i tried but not connected. 4 days gone till no one response the connection problem. Very very very worst service act. Please, no one buy act. Plan to deactivate the connection. Was this information helpful? | |||||
