Have been act customer since the days when hr was beam, though customer service was always bad, somehow the speed was awesome. Now from last 2-3 weeks i have been facing connectivity issue acth almost no internet during this time. I bought a plan for 1200 rupees as i am required to work from home, but with no connectivity, had to keep going to office. The worst thing which i don't understand is how could act charge complete amount, instead they should be apologetic to their customers and should not ask for complete payment. I am so annoyed that i want to just disconnect the service, but looks like they don't want to accept any calls, hence i am left with no option but to not pay the next month advance, so i could get a call from them. Unfortunately this is the only way i am left with a company who doesn't care for their customers and their view. Was this information helpful? |
