Hi this is vijay from bangalore, i had raised a ticket for my internet not working a week back with this company called "act fibernet". Still no resolution has been provided, i been calling customer care, these people always make a fake promises. These peoplebeen saying that the issue will be fixed today this and that, still no one has company to take a look. Kindly take action against them.

Updated by vijayrajagopal Still no resolution provided for the above from act fibernet, they took 960 rs from me, but no internet, please ask them to refund my money back. These people doesn't provide internet but they take money.
