[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — No Internet for past 3 days - horrible customer support!! | |||
I recently took internet connection with ACT/Beam. On October 3rd i lost internet connection, I raised a complaint with ACT fiber net through their resolve tool (Ticket no. [protected]). When i created the service request they said it'll be resolved in 24hrs, however now it's 3dasy passed no resolutions yet. every time i called then they say sorry for the inconvenience it will be resolved in 24hrs? It's really frustrating. Some reps says it's cable broke and technicians are working on it, some reps says there is a server problem it'll be resolved soon, they also gave technicians contact number, he doesn't lift the phone.. They have such horrible customer support, I hope to see this to be resolved asap, I am working remotely and from last 3 days i couldn't work. Because of no internet connection, literally i have to apply for leave of absence. Was this information helpful? | |||
