ACT Fibernet — No internet from 30 june 2016 till 12 july 2016 | |||||
Lost net connectivity on june 30th (ticket no.[protected]). i was told there is a problem with access point. i came back home on july 12th and found the issue is not resolved, during this period whenever i attempted to pay bill on act corp portal, it showed me the same message there is a problem with connectivity. other connections in my apartment building were working fine. on 11 july upon calling customer care they raised a new ticket [protected], issue still unresolved till 12 july, this time i was told traffic migration is going on so it took this much time, only upon saying other connectivity in my building are working fine and only my connection is interrupted, the cs agent came to his senses. i paid full amount, for no service for almost half a month. I work as a manager in telecom company, i am sure no service activity will take 11 days. act fibernet team are highly irresponsible towards customer complaints.
