[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — no internet service- since 3-days

Act internet is not working for me from past 3 days, i have raised the issue via app and customer care centre (Which i was lucky to get connected after several attempts). No update has been provided/shared executive contact who can assist on my service request and i tried to contact Nodal customer care number which is as worst as customer care no, always busy, or get disconnected after few minutes. I have emailed my concern to support team looping nodal and appellate but got no response from team. Moreover i have been using ACT yearly service for 10 yrs now and service worsening since last year. Unfortunately completed my payment for this year and would like to get my payment refunded and discontinue the ACT service.
