Further to my yesterday's complaint, nazeer called & confirmed that they will send someone to rectify but in vain for the nth time. I strongly recommend not to take beam for new users. I very strongly urge you to return my money with immediate effect. Whenever i call the customer service, i always hear on recorded conversation of sorry for the inconvenience and we will arrange a rep and given a ticket no. [protected]. FUP is getting over in week, this is the third time that it is happening . Earlier it used to get over in 2 weeks time . This time its not even 4 days into october, 30% is used out of the 75 GB . We have not used so much from our side.
