[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — No internet services

Further to my yesterday's complaint, nazeer called & confirmed that they will send someone to rectify but in vain for the nth time. I strongly recommend not to take beam for new users. I very strongly urge you to return my money with immediate effect. Whenever i call the customer service, i always hear on recorded conversation of sorry for the inconvenience and we will arrange a rep and given a ticket no. [protected]. This has absolutely no meaning for beam.

My new connection was taken on 3/10. since then till now my internet is not working. complaint no. [protected] dt. 04/10. I am completely disappointed with their service. please return my money with immediate effect.

On first day itself of my data renewal on 1st oct 2016 7.74gb is used when i have switched off my router till evening without using it & also rs 50 not deduced from my account for electricity

the act is really cheating customer on data usage.

FUP is getting over in week, this is the third time that it is happening . Earlier it used to get over in 2 weeks time . This time its not even 4 days into october, 30% is used out of the 75 GB . We have not used so much from our side.

Please look into this
