[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — no internet since august 3rd 2020

I have been raising this "no internet issue" since many many days and till today it is not solved. I have been continuously reopening ticket which is being closed without solving and without any intimation to me. Daily calling the customer care guys and explaining the same as everyday one new guy will take my calls. When there is a problem with port box, they have to shift my port to the available box nearby. I clearly told them there available ports too. But still no one is coming and no one is solving.. Simply closing my ticket every day every time. Working on mobile data is very tuff daily..
