ACT Fibernet — no one is addressing the issue since 2 months | |||
I was asked to pay nominal amount for the penalty fees and aug bills. I did that, but now the bill for aug and sep is generated. It happened in july as well. This is loot. None of your customer care folks pick the call any time. I wanted to switch the plan from rapid to swift, and finally thought of disconnecting the connection. But, despite telling your service guy many times it's still not done. To disconnect the connection neither can i do it from the app nor the customer care guys ever help.
