ACT Fibernet — no power back up

Dear sir/madam,

Recently i switched to act for better connectivity and high speed. But to my surprise it has some issue with the power availability.in my apartment there are various other people who has act and connection is provided from the junction box within our building.in our building we have ups for common area lighting and genset as well.

Me and my neighbour who opted for act recently in last 1 week both are facing network issue when power off. We raised the complaint but it was closed saying thta battery has back up of 2hours and post that it will go off. We also came to know that our connection is provided from neighbouring building where they don't have ups or any other arrangement to provide continuous electricity to the junction box.

When i requested to shift our connections to the junction box in our own building your service executive mentioning that it's not possible. I need your intervention and make arrangements to solve this issue as we are doing work from home and have to be online for entire day. If this issue continues then it will create unnecessary issues for my job and also i may need to move other network provider to safeguard my job.

Kindly suport on resolving this asap.
